Those wrestlers with a GPA of 3.7 or better for the first
semester/term of the current year or cumulative average are hereby
named to the 1998 - 99 WV-Mat Junior High/Middle School Academic
All-State Team.
Those wrestlers with a GPA of 3.0 to 3.69 for the first
semester/term of the current year or cumulative average are hereby
named to the 1998-99 WV-Mat Junior High/Middle School Academic Honor
