Wrestling With Hunger

Milton Middle School
Milton Middle wrestlers collected food for the needy at our annual Wrestling With Hunger Scrimmage service project. We held a 4 team scrimmage and charged 3 food items or a cash donation to get in. The Snickers company also donated Marathon Energy Bars free for all wrestlers and spectators. We collected over 700 food items and $350.00 cash that will go towards making Christmas food baskets for those less fortunate in the community. Milton Wrestling would like to see other school use this easy to do service project to help others as well as boost the image of our sport in the community.
