When does the two pound allowance happen during this season?

I believeit will depend on if they have a high school season. If high school has a season. It would in opinion be hard to cancel the middle school season. You couldn't tell one group of kids its safe to wrestle and then tell another it is not. But is just my opinion.

I would say Lincoln County to Region 4, Oak Hill to Region 3, and Bridgeport to Region 1.
