On the AAA mat last night observe the person at the corner in the lime green shirt doing the video. As far as it being available to review I do not know. Did anyone ask?

It was available tonight, I believe it was decided that it would only be used in score/time keeping reviews.

I noticed something similar in the 160 bracket

I see 1 empty slot on the entire bracket including both divisions. I guess the 5th place wrestler was not on hand at 106 in AAA unless his name was "void"

WVU already tried that and although he did manage to bring in "the big name recruits" he could not hold on to them.

The point of the tournament is to crown a champion. by definition,the best wrestler will win out independent of seeding. If you are arguing about who should finish second or third, you are missing the point of the tournament But is that the whole point of the tournament? Some would argue that deter...

So most of these plans are based on seeding the 4 regional champions but what about the season that has the top 2 or even 3 ranked wrestlers in a weight class in the same region?

Actually Howard did lose 1 to a WV kid at 220. He lost to the AA/A #1 kid from Clay. I believe the score was 3-2

Although WVU was the underdog coming into this match it was a very winnable dual. They had to have all three of the toss up matches at 133, 141 & 149 but lost all three on scores of 4-2, 3-2 & 3-1. They didn't wrestle terribly but did not show much to get excited about.

Wood County allows it, I guess I was unaware that most/some counties do not.

Has transferred from Air Force to Maryland. I guess this happened a month ago but I just heard about it today

I think the 4 divisions in basketball was aimed at limiting the number of private schools winning championships. It accomplished that goal in that there were no private school championship teams and only 1 in the finals. Wrestling does not face that problem.
