Possibly inherited talent but they were a stronger team at the end of year than they were early JAN. Still believe their coach should have been "coach of the year!"

Really impressed with Souths talent this year, I actually thought maybe all of South weight classes would place this year at states. Tough team to be a starter but maybe they will bring the JV or B team next year for tournaments too. Does WVSSAC permit that?

This is nothing against anyone (sure is a lot of hard work for this tourney) but other sport state tourneys are done in Charleston and the fans have plenty to do and places to stay. This state wrestling tourney really needs to relocate or come up with a solution as to not being able to see the mats....
