Young Adams could always transfer to another school so that he could get a spot. You can’t tell me that’s not an option given a couple of the names you mentioned of wrestlers in his way got to Indy by transferring and/or moving there. Which I have no objection to.

A couple of observations from the R3 A/AA tournament reffing where 2 refs were used for semi finals and finals. 1) Having 2 refs resulted in more violation calls. I liked this as repeatedly locking hands in high school when your a multi year 30 plus wins a season wrestler would leave some to believe...

That does not surprise me at all. I hope he gets healed up and continues with his wrestling at the next level.

Bryant Dixon from Keyser, who reached the podium at stated last 2 years did not make it this year from Region 1, 138 lbs. He is an awesome wrestler. I was very shocked by that result.

Region 3 a/aa has a mistake in the results. It shows Chapman from Shady Springs as the winner by fall over Trent Pullens from Fayetteville at 160. I watched the match and Pullens won by fall not Chapman.

Seems like an easy fix. WVSSAC should require that all match results be uploaded to a website of their choosing. They could enforce that by only sanctioning a Wrestlers official record based on what has been uploaded and ensuring that only official records from the site are used for seeding. This co...
