What are the weight classes that may be loaded or empty in a/aa?

Riverside will compete well in conference this year. You can't replace someone who wears a super man cape to the finals but riverside is well coached and will qualify some new names for the state tournament.

Back to topic of Parkersburg high coach. Anyone named? What are the people there saying? One thing they could do is wait until the last minute to name the coach and that way the team could practice legally all fall.
