The West Virginia Youth State tournament is in Huntington.

I happen to be a member of Flowrestling, and as I go under events being covered by Flowrestling, it DOES NOT have this tournament listed as being covered.

If any tournament is not said to be a wvywa qualifier, a wrestler will not be able to earn points for a seeding in their regional tournament.

Also, from what I understand they can not make an odd year tournament a qualifier because it does not meet the rules to be a qualifier.
