hill is at 285 this year where he will be a top contender. safford is at 220 where he will also one of the best and don't count wolfe from south out. some others to consider are edgell-brooke , haynes-ripley, and holstein from riverside. along with mills these could easily be the top six.

i'm guessing whitmore, harmon and swafford all move up to145. if simpkins moves up to 138 he would be the favorite. I heard Collins from south may be moving up to 138. if so he would be a strong contender.
