Gavin Quiocho wrestled 155 last year in middle school but weighed in at 145. With Souths strong lineup I'm not sure where he can break in at but there is no doubt he is an outstanding wrestler.

WP1992 can probably give a list
Re: AAA Freshmen to Watch by Region
Noah Brown, WG
Gavin Quiocho, PS
Michael Dolan, Spring Mills
Cody Sindledecker, Mussleman
Hunter Locke, Washington
Ethan Hardy, Washington
Billy Gooch, ?
Peyton Thompson, BS
Justin Palletti, Braxton
Riley Perkins, Clay
Colton Casto, Clay.
Dillon Taylor, ?
Zach Paxton, GW
Hunter Nixon, ?
Logan Conley, Braxton
I'm not sure where they are all going to HS & this includes some A/AA kids. Nevertheless, these are some kids that will make some noise in the near future.

Gooch is at Wheeling Park. Nixon is an 8th Grader. Pretty comprehensive list, although you may have forgotten about a couple tough Moorefield Freshman.

Not meant in a bad way. You have good info on kids in your area

Wow! Didn't realize Nixon was only an 8th grader. Best of luck to Billy this year!

Thanks, TJ. Good luck to Isaac as well. Really looking forward to seeing him compete.

Junior State and Wood County Champ Devin Easton should place at 106 for South.

Agree
Re: AAA Freshmen to Watch by Region
In addition to those already mentioned, Stevie Mitchell, Will Kuhn, Mitchell Freeman, Isaac VanMeter, Mathew Jenkins, and Zach Anderson all come to mind. I'm not sure which division some of theses kids are in.
Re: AAA Freshmen to Watch by Region
I am looking forward to the transition of 171 Noah Buckalew and 190 MySon Anderson from middle school to high school. I don't know if they will break into the starting lineup at South but they have the potential to be forces by the time they graduate.
In AA, look at Williamstown's Julian Stoneman, Ravenswood's Ethan Tanner and Ritchie County's Brady Layman to challenge as state qualifiers.
Thanks - Brent
