That’s impressive. A bad dude with a 4.0 gpa to match. Tough to get in the academy your first try. Fine job young man!

Having been appointed to USAFA class of 2000, I can attest that it is quite a difficult feat to be appointed. Having also dislocated my shoulder in a BCT wrestling match...he will get to test his mettle (okay, okay, I was a mediocre wrestler, but the guys who were in wrestling were typically state champs from all over). I don't know who all USAFA wrestles, but he'll come out even stronger. Heck, even though I didn't get to graduate, I know I did.
