Passing of Coach Lafon

Coach Larry Lafon passed away recently. He coached many Cabell County wrestlers including me. He was my introduction into wrestling as my first wrestling coach. He loved his wrestlers! He will be missed. I was lucky to have 2 legendary head coaches in my wrestling career. RIP Coach Sparks and Coach LaFon.
