WV Duals times

Does anyone know the time of weigh ins and what time wrestling starts Friday. Nothing is posted

Start time is 4 on Friday and 10 Saturday.

Brent, weigh ins at 2 pm on Friday and 8 am on Saturday?

2lbs. above base. if all the wrestlers would make base all the time, it might be alittle easier to control their weight. its not healthy to bounce up and down, and it dont help the quality wrestling either. We as Coaches should hold our wrestlers accountable. Just saying
