AAA region 4 has FIVE ranked wrestlers. At least one will not qualify for the state tournament.
AAA region 3 only has four wrestlers. One is ranked. All four will qualify. One doesn't have to win a match.
We need a new system.

The state tournament qualification process needs to be improved first and foremost.
