The seeding meeting for the WV Jr States will be Saturday Feb 10th from 9-11 located at the Comfort suites in Mineral Wells WV, just off I-77.

All teams are encouraged to have at least 1 representative present for seeding. My staff will try to have a pre-seed completed by this time for discussion to help things move along a little faster. Last years numbers for the seeding meeting were low so I will only prepare 100 seeding booklets (1 per team) booklets will be first come first serve and only 1 per team.

I will try my best to have the seeding results posted by the Monday night following the meeting.

Mr. Roberts,

Elkins Middle School is a new program. As such we didn't receive an invite to our conference tournament (didn't know about it and they didn't know about us). We have 2 wrestlers who might be worthwhile to wrestle at Jr. States. Don't care about their seeding as we didn't have many matches. Let me know if there is any way to enter them Thanks!

I can't wait to watch the 98 lb bracket at Junior States. 2 undefeated middle school WSAZ champions, Gage Wright and Matthew Bartley, and a WSAZ runner up in Judah Price all in the same weight class. This is gonna be a great bracket to watch.

I agree. I've been wanting to see Bartley and Wright matchup all year. Will be worth the drive to Parkersburg, but can't count Price out
