-Intense drilling
-Match strategies
-Mental match preparation
-Diet and nutrition counseling

8:30-9am-Registration
9am-12pm Drilling & Conditioning
12-1pm Break for Lunch (provided)
1-4pm Conditioning & Live Wrestling

Prizes & Awards will be given at the end of Camp.
