Why are there no seedings posted??? In every year in the past as soon as the seeding meeting is over people are posting them??? What are the total numbers this year??

Around 460 entries were received. I imagine that entries with seeding will be put on this chain before tomorrow afternoon.

Around 460 wrestlers is a little. Started out at 438 wrestlers, and now some of them have chosen not to come so I am going to say the real number is closer to 425 wrestlers.
There is no "BUZZ" because no one is there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thought I would answer the question since it was ignored. Thanks

I am not sure what the need is for the sarcastic comments. If you do not have a child attending the Jr States in Parkersburg then why even comment.

Will there be a round robin for smaller weight classes?

Round robins will be just for the weight classes that have 3 kids. All of their matches will be on Sunday. However, we will be wrestling the semi-final championship round on Saturday. This will be the only major change which we anticipate making. More information will be posted in the next few days.

Why not do the whole tournament Saturday? I don't want to make 2 trips there for only 450 kids. Do it all on Saturday so we can go to church on Sunday.

We wish that we could accomodate everyone personal wishes but such a significant change would upset just as many people as it would make happy. If our numbers do not rebound in future years, we would likely consider changing our format to a single day Tournament.

There will be no changes to the dates and times on the form.
The only significant change is that we will be wrestling the championship semi-finals on Saturday and starting with the consolation semi-finals on Sunday morning. We anticipate that the Parade of Champions will begin at 11am and that wrestling should be completed by 3pm on Sunday.
