It's official Justin is a Corn Husker and reports to Nebraska This week. After a very successful and enjoyable year at Clarion University he could not let go of his goal to wrestle for a National Powerhouse in the Big 10 conference . After visiting Nebraska, Ohio State, VA Tech, He was able to meet with WVU and Coach Henson is exact words to me was this is tough, I really like Coach Henson and he is doing the right things to put WVU on top. It should be said that we have much respect for Coach Henson and we felt like he did all he could do to bring Justin back to WVU. After 2 phone calls with Cael Sanderson and Penn State he was sure that his heart was in Nebraska with Coach Manning. We're very excited that Nebraskas 157 pounder is considered the #1 in the country and the 149 is top 5 along with a high school recruit of #6 at 145. Justin will be assured to have tough partners not to mention coach Snyder and Olympic Gold Medalist Jordan Burroughs. Thank you all for the continued support you've shown Justin.
Never enough thanks could be said to Coach Archer and the Huntington High Staff. No matter where he steps on the Mat he will continue to represent WV proudly.

Justin received a full release, so he is eligible this year. However taking a red shirt is highly probable.
Clarion was very cooperative in the transfer.

Thats great! I wish we would have gotten to see him in the Old Gold and Blue but wishing him luck at Nebraska. After the announcement I looked at the roster and he was a room full of world class athletes and coaches. Cant wait to watch him on Saturday nights!
