Watched Iowa State beat WVU last night. I know ISU is loaded, but did expect a little better showing. Didn't think we could win but expected an upset or two at home with a good turnout. They may have been a little tired from the Clarion win the night before, but tournament time is coming. By the way, some one educate me. What are the specifics of the video review rule? It was used 2-3 times last night at WVU.

Website will not load on my computer. How many during a match/tournament are allowed by a coach? If they lose the challenge/review are there any penalities?

By the way.
Iowa (13-0, 8-0) clinched at least a share of the Big Ten Conference regular season title for the seventh time in the last eight years…. Attendance was 15,967, the second largest dual crowd in NCAA dual history.
I'd love to fill up the coliseum sometime in the future. With success, it can be done. It will take great success for this to happen. We have a ways to go, but I believe we can get there.

Believe it was Iowa State. From what I gathered from others at the match, WVU was actually close in 3 of those losses and could have won any of them, which would have made the score closer. Getting a West Virginia kids like Dylan Cottrell and Jake Smith and hopefully some others in the future should help peak some more fan interest. I've only got to see one of Dylan's matches his first season and half of college, but hope to see some more next year at WVU.

WVU was close in 3 of those matches. Two of them the WVU wrestler lazily separated after an escape only to be taken right back down. I know that drives a coach crazy. Those details are important. And I'd expect to win 1-2 of those close matches at home.

Moralis, either just got stuck(which happens) or he ran out of gas at the end. I couldn't tell which. I'm hoping he just got stuck.

Tickets are $5 for adults, $3 for seniors and kids under 18. If you've never been, its a neat venue to watch wrestling in.

You can't beat the price for Div I wrestling and there are usually seats available as close as you want. First come , first serve. By the way, I see where an AB kid beat a defending champion. Congrtas to him , Coach Smith and the program.

College coaches are allowed one challenge per dual meet. In individual advancement tournaments the number of contestants determines the number of challenges a coach gets. Such as 1 for one to three wrestlers, 2 for four to six wrestlers and 3 for seven to ten wrestlers.
