Directions to school:

From I-79 North take the Downtown Fairmont exit (137) and you will swing around and merge into two lanes of traffic.

From I-79 South Get off at the Downtown Exit (137) get into the left hand lane on the exit make left stay in the left hand lane until you get to the light by McDonalds.

Both: Get into the left lane (Downtown Big green sign) which will take you left at the light (across from McDonalds). You will go to the next light and make a left (Subway on your left). You will now stay on Morgantown Ave On your left NAPA, Gas Station, School Entrance will be on your right. (Stone wall and wooden sign) you will then see the school, gym and football field on your left.

For 2008-09, Ray Robe takes over as head coach for East Fairmont Junior High.

The Hornets had been coached the previous eight years by Shane Eakle, earning 8 consecutive Marion County Titles. The Hornets also never finished lower than 3rd in the Mason Dixon Conference with 4 titles, 3 runner-up finishes, and one 3rd place; a dual record of 182 wins and 29 losses, 32 Mason Dixon conference champioins, and over 100 academic honor Roll and all state members.
