From east bound I-70: Take Elm Grove exit, turn left, go to light. Go straight through light. Approx 1/4 mile turn in to Wheeling Park. Follow road up hill approximately 1 mile. You will see school at top of the hill.

From west bound I-70: Take Elm Grove exit, turn left to light. Take a right at light and go through 2 more lights. Approximately 1/4 mile past 2nd light, turn in to Wheeling Park. Follow road to top of hill (one mile). School is on the right.

If it seems like the Wheeling Park Patriots are always near the top of West Virginia AAA wrestling, it's because .... they are!

Established in 1976, Wheeling Park High School has claimed six West Virginia AAA team championships (1977, 1978, 1981, 1986, 1987, and 2006) and has finished in the top five 26 times and the top 10 seven times through the 2006 season.

There have been no fewer than 38 individual state champs from Park, and five All-Americans:
