WVU To Host "Student Day" and Youth Clinic On Sunday

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. * The 17th-ranked Mountaineer wrestling team takes to the mat against Clarion University on Sunday, Jan. 25, at 1 p.m., in the WVU Coliseum.

The Mountaineers will host "Student Day" when facing the Golden Eagles. Also, prior to the contest, a youth clinic with be conducted by WVU assistant and Olympic freestyle coach Zeke Jones beginning at 11:15 a.m.

All fans interested in attending the youth clinic must purchase a ticket to the day's meet. The ticket office will open at 11:00 am., with the following admission prices: $5 Adult, $3 Youth (under 18), and $2 per person for groups of 10 or more. After WVU's contest with Clarion, the Mountaineers have two home matches remaining:

The Mountaineers host neighboring rival, Pitt, in an EWL battle on Friday, Feb. 6, at 8 p.m. "Alumni Night" is the theme as several former Mountaineer athletes and graduates will be in attendance.

The final home match is against conference-foe Lock Haven on Thursday, Feb. 12, at 8 p.m. Come out and support the Mountaineer seniors who have put in years of hard work during "Senior Night."
