Kehler is 13-0 on the year, with four pins. He won the Las Vegas Invitational, Navy Classic and placed second at the WVU Open. More impressively, his last five victories have come against ranked opponents.
Junior Joe Carr is the only other ranked Mountaineer. He is No. 11 in Intermat and No. 12 in AWN. The Lexington, Ky., native is 6-2 on the year and placed fifth at the Las Vegas Invitational.
West Virginia is back in action at the Midlands Tournament in Chicago, December 29-30. The team's first home dual meet will be Saturday, January 6, at 7:30 p.m., against Penn State in the WVU Coliseum.
