I am sure there will be several entries to this as time grows near, but, I would like to point out a possible great final match at 152, where PS Josh Humphreys could face Steubenville's Jashon Hubbard. This could highlight the evening if things play out. What a great match that could happen!
The O.V.A.C.'s will start this Thursday ,and finals will be Saturday night. Much more info to come. Find me when you see me Gator, its been a while.

WSAZ is running a website so that fans can stay up to date with match results. Does the OVAC do the same? Will Gator or any of the others be giving updates? I would like to know what was happening up there while we are in Huntington.

I will be up Saturday and can update some. Looking over the brackets, other weight classes that could have good match ups are 160 semis Hinzman vs Carman vs Nash in the finals and 285 Ely vs Haga or Bodkin in the finals. If they all make it that far, that is.

I like this modern thinking in making a change that is better for the sport, the teams and the fans. I truly believe if these tournaments were on separate weekends, more fans would come watch the OVAC. I know I would be there. I also suspect that more fans would come to watch the WSAZ. Also, OVAC teams would be competing in the WSAZ................which would only make the WSAZ better.

Led by the WV AAA co-coach of the Year, implementing strategic avoidance of some weight classes, and fueled by bucktail's hate of all things south, this team is stacked. Ignoring the fact that their coach took at shot at not only the south patriots but also the Indy Patriots, I still say Go Hawks!

Well Mr. ChooseTop, I would say maybe he has an affinity for Ohio State's Nathan Tomasello and just wanted to be like him. I mean, he wrestled 125 in 2015-16, 133 in 2016-17, & is 125 this year. So, if you are suggesting people cut weight to avoid competition, I guess you'd start with Tomasello, he's got a lot more machismo than a University kid and would make a better case study.
